公寓的環境真的很好，打掃的很乾淨，周邊很寧靜，但走出去到大馬路3-5分鐘，生活機能很好，有全家、有7-11。也有一家小店是賣蔬果，也賣一些便當、小點，一家生鮮大賣場，真的是超級方便。 附近的地鐵是西新宿五丁目站，很近。 在這裡住了五晚，兩間房，很好。四張單人床、三張雙人床，最重要的是有三間廁所，完全不會有排隊等的問題，覺得很開心。
好像找不到抹布可以擦拭，但因為有帶一次性的擦臉巾，變成抹布，所以也不是問題。 樓梯爬起來比較不方便，不太適合腿腳不方便的人，尤其上三樓的樓梯沒有扶手，下樓得注意。 房內的插座少，出國充電設施多，當然也可以到一樓共用區使用，也不是太大問題。

Nous étions 4 dans un endroit pouvant accueillir 8 personnes . Appartement pensé pour du pratique. Avec une mini pièce en bas et les chambres sur l’étage un et deux Lits très confortable Logement bien situé au calme dans un quartier résidentiel de Tokyo

clean bed linens,enough beds to sleep comfortably & 3 toilets
ground floor dining area is not very clean, quite strange sitting there looking at dirty slippers and even see pedestrians & cars pass by through the front glass.
