La caratteristica più favorevole riguarda le dimensioni: appartamento piuttosto grande con 3 camere da letto (a noi ne bastavano due), un soggiorno grande e un grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio. L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito, così come le lenzuola, mentre le parti comuni, le scale che portano al terrazzo sul tetto e i terrazzini erano piuttosto mal messi (ma noi non li abbiamo usati) E' presente una lavatrice, frigo grande, microonde e qualche altro piccolo elettrodomestico. Posto silenzioso e non troppo lontano dalla fermata della metro. Condizionatori in ogni stanza.

La pulizia è migliorabile e l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione. Mancano forchette, coltelli, piatti grandi (ma in qualche modo ci si può arrangiare). Manca uno stendibiancheria ma si possono usare gli appendiabiti da armadio. Scale un po' anguste.

La grande surface et la grande capacité avec les 3 chambres. La propreté.

Le quartier n’est pas très animé et pas idéalement desservi. De plus, le linge de maison gagnerait à être remplacé.

Great place to stay that is not too far to most famous place around Tokyo. It can accommodate 6 adults and average spacious common area (living and dining area). Will surely book again to this place if traveling with party of at least 4 adults.

Delay of response by the host when one of the electrical outlets of the place are not working. Fortunately, I was able to find it (main switch box) before I get a response from the host. My wife get some bed bugs from the room that we stay.

it was clean and spacious for a Tokyo apartment.

On our first day the microwave, refrigerator and the lights were not working on the other side of the apartment. Reported the issues through booking app and they were responsive enough. Unfortunately, it was addressed on our 3rd day of stay (booked 4 nights) and our food got spoiled already. We can no longer use the refrigerator and microwave. The internet was terrible considering you’re in Japan. We hardly use it as well because you can’t even connect. it’s expensive considering that the basic necessities were not provided properly,
