En general, todo estuvo excelente. Las fotos coinciden, la ubicación es muy buena y hay algunos restaurantes alrededor, cómodos y de buen ambiente. La atención vía correo y a través de la plataforma fue excelente, aunque no me solucionaron un pequeño detalle.
Las colchas y las almohadas tenían un olor muy fuerte y desagradable, por lo que tuvimos que guardarlas en el clóset y mantenerlo cerrado. Considero que con una lavada se podría solucionar fácilmente. Aunque sí recibí respuesta durante mi estancia de siete días, el problema no fue atendido. Afortunadamente, no necesité usarlas. Creo que ese problema lo solucionará

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out🌸
We didnt have any major complaints, everything met our expectations
