Mixed stay – convenient location and clean apartment, but noise and unclear check-in process were downsides The apartment was clean, the bed small but comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. There was even a record player, which was a fun touch. The location is great in terms of amenities: nearby you’ll find lots of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The metro station is just a short walk away, and it’s manageable even with luggage. The host was responsive and explained everything clearly on the phone to get us in.

The check-in instructions were confusing. We misread the code for the door and ended up trying the wrong apartment (which, oddly, wasn’t locked). Turns out the actual key was in a lockbox — something that could’ve been communicated more clearly. There’s a camera in a closet in the hallway of the apartment and you’re asked to say “hello” to at check-in, which felt a bit intrusive from a privacy perspective. I mean, does it record audio while sitting there all the time... The apartment is located on a very busy road with an overpass running through the street, so it’s noisy—something we hadn’t realized when booking. There is a balcony facing an inner courtyard, but the noise made it unappealing to leave windows or doors open. Because I wasn’t feeling well during our stay, I noticed the lack of atmosphere in the apartment more than I otherwise might have. It’s functional, but not very cozy. So I kept strolling Tokyo instead of staying in I guess. Not a bad decision.

The apartment is quite modern and comfortable, location is excellent and close to station and other amenities one might need. The host is also super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a friend!

ひとり暮らしサイズって感じで思ったより狭いと最初は思いましたが、2人で泊まるならちょうどいいスペースでした！ 駅近で歩いて行ける距離にカラオケとかコンビニとか色々お店あるし全然不自由なかったです！

チェックイン時間もう少し早くなったらいいなーぐらいです！

Quite small but clean. Public transport nearby to go central. The balcony was nice.

There was a problem with the digital lock that was already known about before but still it wasn’t solved when we came there. When contacting the host he was friendly and helpful. The bed should be renewed, it was very pretty rickety.
