We really enjoyed our stayed. Staff were really kind and helpful. Always available and giving some suggestions and really helpful. Bus stop to Shinjuku station is right next to the apartment. 6-8 min walk further another bus stop to Shibuya station. 10-13 min walk from the apartment is the subway. The 7-eleven or FamiliMart are maybe 6min walk from the apartment and there are also some restaurants and bars nearby. So the location is really convenient. The neighborhood is really quiet which we really enjoy specially after a whole day sightseeing. Apartment was really spacious…more than we’re used to in Japan so we were very happy with it!😊 We had a late flight and the staff was kind enough to let us checked out later we really appreciate it! Specially with all the luggage’s we had….so thank you very much for your understanding 🥳 We highly recommend this!! And we will definitely come back 😊

Our room was clean. Had everything we needed - kitchen (inc. cutlery, pot and pan, cups and plates, etc), washing machine (inc. detergent), clothes airer, wifi, towels, fridge, dining area, bathtub, hi-tech bidet. We are a family of 6 (4 kids) so we did a lot of cooking and clothes washing. The nearest station is Hatsudai Station and is directly connected to the Shinjuku Station through the Keio New Line, so location wise - close to the city centre but also quiet and calm, away from the city chaos. The host is super friendly, we didn’t meet in person but was responsive to texts (through the Booking.com app) and helped us with many setbacks, including during the Chiba storm. Everything about the stay went smoothly.

The apartment is located within 9-11minutes walking distance from Hatsudai Station, so will require extra energy to walk to when returning from a long day of sightseeing, but there is a Family Mart and 7 Eleven along the way for groceries etc. Our room is on the highest floor, there is no elevator so we had to walk up/down 2 flights of stairs, was challenging to bring suitcases etc. It won’t be a problem if you’re a light traveller. The room is quite small, was okay for our family but 6 adults might find it a bit challenging. However, these are not complaints, we were very happy with our stay. Thanks AT Shinjuku <3
