Helpful hosts, spacious apartment (particularly for Tokyo!), great internet access, and very well equipped. It even has a washing machine and the bathroom comes equipped with a drying fan. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but you can find a street full of small restaurants within 10 minutes walk of it.
No elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a heavy suitcase. On the plus side, you’ll actually enter the building on the 3rd story, so at most you'll have to carry it two stories.
