Quiet location, clean house, all amenities in house.

Not easy to find and far from public transportation. Despite taking the full amount several weeks in advance, we still needed to stay 1h outside the house at arrival until the door code was sent and we could finally enter the house. Quite inconvenient after a 15h flight and 2h travel from the airport. Note: all other hotels send this info several days in advance. We asked for help and the staff replied that we have to find on our own, which is fine but at least some direction would be helpful.

Our stay in Tokyo was absolutely fantastic — the property was even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail reflected top-notch quality and thoughtful comfort. The kitchen featured premium appliances and sleek fixtures, and the same level of luxury extended to the beautifully designed bathrooms and high-tech amenities. The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, which is a rare treat in Tokyo. The layout worked perfectly for our group of four adults, including two senior citizens and one seven-year-old, with conveniently located bathrooms that made everyone’s stay easy and relaxing. The highlight for us was the stunning tatami room — it added such an authentic, local touch to our experience. We spent many enjoyable moments there and in the airy living space, both of which made the property feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal for exploring Tokyo. With JR lines just a short walk away, we had quick and easy access to Shibuya and many other city attractions. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located stay in Tokyo.
