Great location 10 mins from the subway and a good amount of space for Tokyo. A nice quiet residential area with close by shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we neede

Studio très bien situé à proximité de 2 lignes de métro (10-15 minutes à pied) dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Familly Market à 3 minutes à pied. Bien équipé (machine à laver séchante avec lessive fournie) Check in et out en ligne pratique et bien expliqué.

Bien pour 4 , 6 ça paraîtrait juste en termes d'espace surtout si vous avez 6 valises ! Seulement 2 chaises pour le repas, 2 petits tabourets pliants seraient un bon ajout.

We stayed in Room 204 Nishi-Shinjuku and overall, it was fine and a workable option. The location is great — a quiet neighbourhood and only about a 7-minute walk to the train station — and we had no issues getting into the apartment. The beds were VERY comfortable, and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, plus a generous supply of washing powder and fabric softener (much more than we would ever need) provided. That said, for a family of five the apartment was clearly under-equipped: only 3 glasses, 4 mugs, 3 bowls, and limited cutlery (3 spoons, 3 forks, 2 knives), with nowhere to store luggage. Interestingly, while cutlery was lacking, there seemed to be an endless supply of bin liners, dish scrubs, and disposable toothbrushes. There was also no TV - I thought I had booked a room with one (this part is not a big deal and not that disappointing, I was just surprised that there was no TV). The place appeared clean overall, though some areas felt untidy and poorly organised, with items just thrown into cupboards and lots of exposed electrical cords. It’s clear the space has been designed purely for sleeping — squeezing in beds for ‘up to six people’ — but at the expense of living space (I think there would have been a small sofa to sit on if there was no extra bed), storage, and basic kitchen amenities. Fine if you’re barely there, but not ideal if you plan to spend any real time in the apartment.

Overall, there was no real thought of matching basic kitchen amenities and space to the advertised maximum number of people the space could accommodate. Better suited to accommodate 4 people.
