Easy to find, easy to access, great location. Inside it is clean, I would say that the maximum people who would fit in is 3. The kitchen area is tiny, the bathroom is good, the mattresses are comfortable. There were 2 good and 2 not so good pillows. Good communication from the host. The street could get noisy at times. Excellent place.
The microwave door seemed to be broken.

Très bien situé avec de bonnes adresses autour pour manger (le restau de ramen est délicieux !) ou la vie quotidienne (laverie, konbini…) est à 10 min à pied du métro
Logement très bien équipé (bouilloire, micro ondes, kitchenette)
On a très bien dormi sur les futons
Enfin très bonne communication avec notre hôte !
Petit souci d’évacuation dans l’évier de la salle de bain mais notre hôte nous assuré s’en occuper pour les prochains guests !

The location of the place.
I know it's written that the place is small.. but we didn't expect it to be really small, it says it's good for 4 people but 1-2 person could stay there comfortably with less luggage.
Mattress is not that comfortable, we could feel the spring.
Floor is not heated.
No one could sleep at the top bunk because the aircon is right next to your face.
