We stayed in this apartment during our trip to Tokyo, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The flat was quite small and definitely not suitable for 5 people. In one of the rooms, there were 4 beds placed so tightly together that there was barely any space left for our suitcases or to move around comfortably. The kitchen was also very small, which made it difficult to cook or even just have a quick meal. Additionally, the apartment was cold, and it was hard to keep warm, especially at night. Overall, it might work for a short stay with fewer people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a group of 5.
