家族７名で滞在させていただきました。寝室が多くお互いのプライバシーも守れた。また、全ての部屋、トイレ、バスルーム等がきれいであった。
掃除機が置かれて無かったため、食べこぼしや洗髪後の抜け毛等の掃除がやれなかった。また、チェックイン、チェックアウト時のキーボックスの開閉が固くて時間がかかった。

The property was new and clean, modern
Location was a little out of the way. No door mat at the entrance, making it very wet when we had to take off our shoes after the rainy days. Washing basin could use a hand towel or paper towel to dry hands after washing. Living room sofa could be bigger and more comfortable for family to gather and watch tv.. the current one was too small and impossible to sit comfortably with low back rest

Stayed at this home in Ikebukuro and really enjoyed it. The location is quiet yet very convenient and easy access to food, shops, and transport without the noise. The place is extremely clean and clearly well-maintained, everything worked and felt cared for. The host was very accommodating . The host went above and beyond responsive, patient with our questions, and consistently making sure we were comfortable . Would happily return.
There’s only one bathroom for showering which can be a bit tight for a bigger group, but it’s understandable for Japan and honestly the host’s warm hospitality and the overall cleanliness more than made up for it. Would still choose this place again as the host’s hospitality stood out.

The house were clean and comfortable. It is also spacious enough for a family of 6 adults & 2 child.
The house is about 10-15minutes walk to Ikebukuro station & there were shops along the street
