廚具洗滌設備應有盡有很齊全，還有交誼廳和餐廳可供大家聊天放鬆吃東西。附近的機能還蠻方便，離商店街很近。整體上來說很棒！
房間的電燈開關還是需要調整免得造成不同人使用上的困擾，不過房東還是有很積極的幫忙處理完成，也順利解決我們的困擾。

Lots of space for a family. Comfortable beds and living room area. Well equipped kitchen. Two toilets useful for a large group. Very quiet street and neighbourhood with a good range of food shops and restaurants. The new line metro is not the easiest to access but the 45 bus stops close and is an easy link to Shinjuku station. Really appreciated being able to leave bags before check in.
On three floors so there are two flights of fairly steep narrow stairs to the top bedrooms. Not a problem for us with smaller cases but worth being aware if bringing big heavy bags. There is a spacious cupboard in the ground floor room where cases can be stored though.
