Extremely comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Very clean and well presented. Great location only 1 stop from Shinjuku station and a 5 minute walk to the house. Would highly recommend, thank you 🙏

The property is modern, clean and easily accessible from the Hatsudai Station. There are several cafes closeby to the property.
There was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent.

オペラシティまで近いので、家族でゆっくりできました。ベッドが大きかったのでうれしかったです。
11時以降、荷物が預けられると言うことで伺いましたが、清掃の外国人の方に4時以降ではないと荷物も預けられないと言われました。
駐車場には作業用の車が朝まで止まっていました。
お風呂、テレビはB-CASカードがない為見られませんでした。
また、1階の寝室の窓からの朝日が眩しい。各部屋白色灯の電気のみで兆候もなく、寝室なのにゆったり過ごせませんでした。できれば兆候もしくは電球色でリゾート感を出していただきたいです。
