The house was easy to find, easy to access and get in. The host was clear in their communications. The rooms were great for a family of 4. The house had everything we needed. The subway is a short walk, Shibuya crossing only 20min walk too. Meji Jingu a walk away too, possibly one of Tokyo's best Shrines.

A couple of utensils missing but I fed this back to the owner who explains they'll sort this. If I had fed back on day 1 they would have solved it, so my fault really.

Lovely clean and comfortable property in an amazing part of Tokyo, easy access to local train station and a 30 minute walk from the centre of the city.

The only issue I had was with communication. I messaged the property many times to ask for information and never received a reply. I emailed them and contacted Booking.com who also emailed them, and still there was no response. I ended up calling the owners (twice) and it seemed that there was a problem with them receiving and sending communications via the Booking.com website (though I don't know why I never received a response to my email).

Perfect base to explore this extraordinary city as it is perhaps. 10 minutes walk from a well connected station and is in a quieter almost suburban part of the city away from the tourists and cacophony of the busier centres - though Shinjuku or Shibuya were perhaps 25-30 mins way by short walk / train. The property itself was three floors and 3 rooms with the kitchen / living area on the 1st level, and for by Tokyo standards, large areas. Train track rattling through the suburb was nearby but not a disturbance.

Frankly nothing it was a perfect self catering base, not that we did any self catering!
