The space was a good size (with a double bed, kitchen, and balcony) and located on a charming side street right by Sangubashi station. The attention to detail is amazing—the drip coffee setup and the beautifully designed welcome guide with local recommendations and a music playlist were incredible touches.
It can get a little noisy with nearby trains and delivery trucks at times, but the soundproofing handles it well.

Loved the location right next to the train station and the spaciousness (for Tokyo) of the place. It's comfortable for 1 person - listing photos make it look bigger than it is irl. Incredibly easy to find, easy to check in, and feels quite private. Also loved the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again next time I'm back.

Impeccable location, completely smooth arrival, wonderful resources/guide provided to orient us to the neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable.
Honestly nothing, apart from perhaps having some tea available for the mornings. (Though, easily bought some across the street!)

Location, location, location , ground floor bakery , Yoyogi was great , Sangubashi station very close Washer dryer combo was excellent
Lukewarm water in the shower . Please make it hotter , WiFi was no existent . If you can't guarantee WIFi please don't advertise it
