Excellent location near Shinjuku, modern well furnished apartment, smaller one but still cozy. Everything working (especially airconditioner, washing machine with prepared washing gel), bins for recyling, fast wifi, everything clean. Price is fair when comparing with other places in the area.
Earlier check in was allowed for no extra charge, we had initially trouble opening the lock, but the owner was exceptionally quick with answering all the questions, solving the lock problem in few minutes.

The house is designed well and has everything you need in the somewhat limited space. It is close to various train stations 5-10 minutes
The beds are really uncomfortable, the mattresses are extremely hard and we all left with back pain after a few nights.
