OMOYI-HOUSE Spacious 4BR Sleeps 8 in Shinjuku-Yoyogi Private 4 Floors with Big Balcony Near Gyoen Takashimaya Isetan

We had a wonderful stay at OMOYI HOUSE! Our visit was right after the interior and bedrooms had been renovated, so everything felt incredibly new, fresh, and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient, with a mini-mart just a short walk away. Inside the house, all the amenities were fully provided exactly as described. The blankets, pillows, and towels were newly washed, spotless, and well-prepared for our group. Special thanks to the hosts, Seki and Yuki. They provided excellent guidance and were extremely responsive—even when we messaged them late at night. We truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality. If we have the chance to visit Tokyo again, this place will definitely be our very first choice. Highly recommended!

The staircase is a bit small and narrow. While it didn't affect us much, it might be a bit challenging for elderly guests. To maximize comfort, we decided to have our elderly parents sleep in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor instead so they wouldn't have to climb up to the higher floors.

Location was fantastic, even though we were so close to Shinjuku and another train station, it was a quiet little street. Handy to get into all the action of Shinjuku and the trains

Great location and perfect for a family with teens. Only minutes walk away from plenty of facilities and ideal for Shinjuku/ Yoyogi stations. Be sure to visit beautiful Shinjuku park.

Lots of narrow steep stairs. If you have bad knees, this isn’t for you.

Location is quiet yet pretty close to the CBD.

Very cold house; very narrow staircase - almost impossible to get suitcases to a room. Rooms are small and perhaps they should remove the third bed from two of the bedrooms to be less cramped.
