Perfect location, everything is close, 24/7 grocery store is right across the street. The apartment is spacious, includes everything you want.

Great apartment in a great location, walking distance to subway; Large Sofa, many beds all in the large living room from one side to another (pictures doesn't show the real display, it has change, though its like 2 double beds + 2 singles, no bunk beds), so its good for a family or some friends; Its like a mini-loft on the 6th floor, with a little terrace, large dining table, nice for a long stay! Host is only via WhatsApp!!!! (or via the Booking messages) Communication is fine. You can leave your luggages before check in from midday til 16h (check-out is 10am, a bit short and check-in 16h!!)
Well, in winter, you better put the heater all day long to heat the whole place, there is only one AC, needs 2 at least! its placed only in one side, so its cold on the other side, windows are single glazed; I guess in summer its the same!

I like the location and the quietness
I like the decor
And I appreciate that the wall socket was the same voltage for my plugs
The mattress were a bit hard
The hot water temperature was not good
And their was a few bugs and roaches
And I did not like the sign over the door, it was extremely bright and very unnecessary. I had to get on a chair and cover it every night.
I would have like to be able to open a window to get some air in the room as at times it was very dry and it triggered my asthma
