Lots of space, comfortable beds and close to Shinjuku and Yoyogi districts. We loved having 3 floors of living space for a family of 6.
Only drawback is that it has lots of stairs, but having 3 floors of house space in Japan is simply luxury for a family of 6!

The place was great close to shops and restaurants and close to public transport. Great for larger families it’s in a quiet street kids can walk around safely barely any traffic.

Value and location are good.
The house is quite old and feels dated, with many furnishings and fixtures in need of updating. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also an issue. There was visible mold in the bathroom, and the second-floor toilet had a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout our stay. With some renovations and better maintenance, the property could be much more comfortable.
