It has everything that has accommodate a family of four adults- we could prepare breakfast as there were supermarkets closed to facility.
There were also breakfast option near the facility and close to train station- a good residential area to reside for holiday away from hotels and bustling busy Shinjuku and Shibuya.
I have nothing to comment on this area.

Loved the location. Very close to konbinis and the Subway. We had issues getting into the property the first night, but that was sorted by giving us an alternate accommodation near by for the first night. The villa was clean and in a very good neighborhood. Yume is an awesome host. Very caring.
Didn't have hot water to shower for the first 3-4 days due to a faulty heater.. But given how hot it was we didn't mind taking a cold shower. Outside of this, the stay was fantastic and Yume took great care of us.

Ótima localização (bairro tranquilo e conectado com o metrô). Ótima comunicação com a host, que nos deu um guia com orientações básicas da acomodação e respondeu rapidamente quando tínhamos qualquer dúvida.
O apartamento tem todas as comodidades que são esperadas e tudo funcionou bem. Havia um bom secador de cabelo e, além disso, havia alguns kits de escovas de dente "descartáveis" para caso alguém necessitasse.
As camas são confortáveis. A televisão conecta com smartphones.
Apenas diria que o banheiro do andar térreo não é muito cômodo, por ser muito pequeno. O banheiro do andar superior é mais confortável.
