GIVE Shibuya Honmachi

A nice, modern, clean apartment, with plenty of space. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest station, and 15 to one on a different line. We walked back from Shinjuku one evening, and it took ~30 minutes. Located in a peaceful residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Suited our needs perfectly. We were able to check in early, paying a nominal sum in advance of arrival (about £20 per hour earlier than 4pm).

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but a minor complaint.

Meilleur logement de notre séjour au Japon. Le logement est grand et fonctionnel. La literie était confortable, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Cependant l’emplacement est un peu loin de shibuya (environ 30 minutes de marche et de bus)

Only 1 set of towels. But a washing machine to was them.

Communication with the host is not good. It took me four days for them to understand that only one towel per person in a 10 day stay was not enough. I ended up buying my own extra towels… I also left a carry on in great shape and send them a message to ask them to give it to someone that might benefit from using it. They thanked me for the message and that was it. Two days later, they want to charge me u$30 because they say it’s big item to “dispose.” This is a brand new carry on that I am leaving behind because I needed a bigger piece of luggage and I bought it three days ago in Shibuya. I was very clear on my message to them (the message they thanked me for…)
