Oak Stay Shibuya 5

Oak Stay Shibuya is in the perfect location: walking distance to Hatsudai Station, McD, 7Eleven, Family Marts, Supermarket. We were 4 adults & 11yr old- comfy, cozy with all necessities. Jacob was responsive, attentive, proactive & gave great recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jacob was an incredibly welcoming host. He went above and beyond to give us useful tips and was very respectful of our dietary restrictions. He’s a very knowledgeable and helpful person — he even helped arrange our luggage forwarding without any obligation, and when our luggage was delayed, he contacted the company on our behalf. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five, with all the beds already prepared upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, Jacob personally came over to welcome us, which we truly appreciated. The location was great — we enjoyed walking through the lovely neighbourhood to reach Hatsudai Station. There are plenty of konbinis and food options nearby. We have absolutely no regrets booking this place. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a quiet stay while still being close to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Thank you so much, Jacob! We enjoyed our stay in Oak Stay Shibuya 5, we stayed there for 5 nights with 3 adults and 3 children. Easy communication with Jacob. Gives us lots of information and suggestions. The place is highly recommended as very close to the hatsudai station, nearby 7 eleven, and mcdonalds very handy especially for a last minute essential or for a snack on the way home. Very happy with our stay. He is very helpful just one message or call away and he is available to assist us. Thank you so much and will definitely comeback and book this again.

Oak Stay Shibuya is a small, furnished apartment located in a quiet family neighborhood near Shibuya. It’s especially convenient for travelers who want a kitchen and private laundry, which is why I chose it. The location is convenient; there are multiple convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, and you can Uber or ride the train to anywhere within Tokyo. The host / owner, Jacob, is a really cool guy! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed speaking with him. I slept in the main / large bed, which was comfortable. Although the apartment is small, there is ample closet space. The walk-in shower is also spacious and convenient. On the other hand, the room the toilet is in (separate from the shower) is small, and while this is likely fine for most adults and older kids, it occurs to me that it may not be suitable for travelers with small children who need help using the toilet. Overall, this is a conveniently-located apartment in a very quiet family neighborhood.
