Easy to find and walking distance from the train. The aprrment was very clean and had what we needed. Very comfy beds.
The shower leaked out to the toilet so you’d be standing in water if you were only going to use the toilet.

Modern and clean. Good size for 4 people. Lots of storage for clothes and personal items so you can unpack put your suitcase away. Good kitchen and dining area. Good sized bathroom. Great washer and drier (the drier actually dries your clothes rather than making them warm and damp). Nice and quiet street. 20 min walk into the main shopping stripe of Shinjuku. 7 mins walk to closest train station. Staff were super helpful to carry heavy luggage upstairs for us without being asked to help.
Hosts were a little slow to respond to messages. Check in was at 4pm but lockers on site to store luggage if you arrive early.

Very clean and tidy. Staff were very responsive when we had an issue using the induction hob.

Earliest possible check in is 4pm! I asked for earlier check-in and they agreed but only if I paid extra money - $1000y for each hour! The room was already ready for us but wouldn't allow us in! Very greedy host. Toilet and shower facilities very smelling of urine the whole time, needs much better ventilation.
