北渋谷inn

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and six beds which is perfect for a group. There is also a separate living room on the second floor which felt very cozy and nice to spend time in. The location is convenient, about ten minutes from Hatagaya station and around forty minutes to Shibuya. There are many restaurants along the way. There is also a Seven Eleven, FamilyMart, McDonalds and a large store nearby where you can find almost anything.

The only thing was that the doors in the rooms are quite heavy, which is probably for sound insulation or safety. There was also a slightly unusual smell in the downstairs bathroom, but it did not really bother us.

It's clean and tidy, and within walking distance of the fashionable restaurant district from Hatagaya Station. I felt very safe, even late at night. It's also a quiet residential area. Quietness is the norm in residential areas, so it's important to be polite and not to make loud noises. It's only two stations to Shinjuku and four to Shibuya, so access to tourist spots is excellent. It's wonderful.The entrance is narrow, but the long shoehorn was very convenient. I also appreciated the humidifier heater and the welcome sweets. The lighting in front of the entrance was bright, making it easy to find the facility. Communication with the host was excellent.

The heavy iron doors to each room close automatically. This is said to be a fire prevention measure. It may be a bit inconvenient if you have children.

Generally good experience staying in tokyo. It has most of the amenities as per seen in booking.com, not sure, i think I saw tv in the booking.com (as there were no tv) but we don't really need the tv. Neighborhood is nice and safe. Quite some stuff to eat near the hatagaya station, It is good for big group travelling as there are many beds and rooms. We were only 5 travelers, toilet and bathroom was sufficient and good for us. Need to adjust expectation if your group is big, as there is only 1 bathroom 2 toilets.

i think the insulation of the house is not as expected. "Cold" is the word that we described for our stay, esp when we were not in the room (bath, toilet, corridor etc) , of course there were heaters (Air condition) and they (heaters) were really helpful for we are not as use to winter weather. Don't prefer the metal door, they were heavy and auto close springs were quite stiff, accident prone at times. Top floor room turn left as you come up the stairs is too small for 2 bed, gotten knock on the knee many time.
