Short walk to the centre of Shinjuku, the host was very easy to deal with, accomodation was great for a large group

Clean, comfortable, warm, great fit for my family with good rooms and space, excellent location with easy access to train station, shops, eateries and many more mod cons.

Location is very good, near Shinjuku and not far from Shibuya. Many places to eat and shop.

Access was a bit confusing with multiple non-identifiable key boxes and 'ours' being difficult to open. Then, the apartment had not been aired out or cooled with airco; brutal feeling. Would be great to turned on airco a little before guests arrive. The sheets had a strong musty smell, which made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. (Too)-many signs listing prohibitions and rules. It created an oppressive atmosphere. Finally, on the day of our departure, we were 20 minutes late checking out (11:20 instead of 11:00). Someone came to the door, rang the bell repeatedly, and asked us, "How many times...?" The departure experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. :-(
