Location is okay, size of the room is great. Bathroom is absolutely tiny- we understand that most bathrooms in Japan are small but this was very tiny. There was so much noise in front of the room as well, people yelling, slamming doors. Definitely not good if you have a kids or a baby trying to sleep. We asked for more towels and they gave us 5 small towels, we had to then ask again for bigger bath towels. Wifi was not working when we got there, had to ask fix it and then it kept cutting out while we were there. Location was okay, property was a bit hard to locate. Property is located in the “interesting” part of Shinjuku - definitely not family friendly.

Location is great, near 3 train stations and the heart of Shinjuku. Beds are large and all kitchen facilities are provided. However, WiFi was very bad and didn’t work at all sometimes. Shower was very small.
