    The hotel is located a few mins walk from either Shin Okubu or Higashi Shinjuku station. The area is relatively quiet but good access to the train stations. Room is small but a bit above average than APA having separate toilet and bath.

    Facilities are abit dated but clean still. Good for short stay as space is rather limited

    Aircon was extremely noisy, staff didn't fix it. We turned it off as the weather was quite cool and we could do without the aircon. It will be a huge problem during summer.
