    I love staying here, this my second time. The location is great - it's so close to all the main city attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. Shin okubo station is about an 8 min walk and Kabukicho is about a 15-20 min walk. The room is also very spacious for Tokyo without spending an arm and a leg. I've stayed in super cramped rooms before for the same price (or more) so this place was an absolute game changer for me. I honestly can't recommend this place enough.

    Aircon was extremely noisy, staff didn't fix it. We turned it off as the weather was quite cool and we could do without the aircon. It will be a huge problem during summer.
