    I love staying here, this my second time. The location is great - it's so close to all the main city attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. Shin okubo station is about an 8 min walk and Kabukicho is about a 15-20 min walk. The room is also very spacious for Tokyo without spending an arm and a leg. I've stayed in super cramped rooms before for the same price (or more) so this place was an absolute game changer for me. I honestly can't recommend this place enough.

    Small hotel but spacious room, quiet floor and efficient lift. Short walk from shin okubo station, abt 15 mins walk to Kabuki cho in Shinjuku. Surrounded by lots and lots of cheap, good and diversed eateries.

    There is no bidet in the bathroom, and the hot water faucet is not modern. However, these are not deal breakers considering the price and location of the hotel. The biggest problem was that the air conditioner in my room was faulty and extremely noisy when turned on. Fortunately, the weather was cool, so I was able to keep it off. But that is obviously not possible in the summer. Due to the risk of another air conditioning problem, I will not stay here again.
