    It’s my 2nd time booking here. Why I love the hotel? - only 200 mtrs away from nearest Limousine Bus from and going to Narita Airport - Shinjuku station is only 800mtrs away. Best station when going to a day trip to Nagano, Hakone etc - So many restaurants to choose from within the area - One of the best breakfast I had in a hotel I’ve stayed

    Would recommend only if you are a solo male traveller and looking for a no frills hotel- it’s good if you only needed a space to stay, not recommended for female travellers because it is at an entertainment district so there will be a lot of males following you. Also, not recommended for family because the room is very small, only for one pax. Also, the bath tub is really small so if you are a male that’s quite tall it’s quite hard to navigate in the toilet. Overall experience is neutral, because the cleanliness is good.

    You should get this hotel for the location and he vibe of it. It is NOT a love hotel or cheap stake place.

    There is no shuttle, this place is convenient if you can walk but if you have luggage, you need to pay EXTRA for a taxi to pick you up. For some reason, I could not get a massage, the man that checked me in said only men. It's extremely noisy. People walking in the street outside talking, it sounded like vehicles with megaphones attached drove through the streets making announcements - two different voices, that went on until around 10PM and started up again in the morning. And the hotel is a block away from a hospital so all day/night you hear ambulance sirens going off. The door to get in locks, you have to use your room key to get in. I asked if it was safe for me to walk around outside and was told yes. Not sure why the extra security is needed to lock the doors, if it is safe ?? If you don't pay extra for the breakfast buffet, you can't even buy a cup of coffee at the hotel. 7-11 on the corner was very convenient for coffee and a bite to eat. There are restaurants very close by that you can walk to. They have a laundry room if you want/need to do your laundry. The cost is reasonable and includes detergent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is very firm. Late checkout is possible for a fee but I could not figure out the additional cost. The staff was nice. I would not stay here again, it was more expensive than most other hotels in the area. And they nickel and dime (charge extra) for everything.
