    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small even by Japanese standards. The rooms were clean but a tight squeeze. The staff were super nice and helpful. The location was pretty good, about a 10 minute walk to the action of Shinjuku downtown. Happy to recommend if you don’t need much space 😁

    The room is quite tight like most hotels in Japan. It has all the facilities you need in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and helped us organise luggage forwarding. The location was good as it was a short walk to the Shinjuku main area but also in a quiet location.

    Front desk staff didn’t speak English- extremely difficult to communicate Did not receive early morning wake up call Whilst our room was ready - unable to check in unless we paid extra money before 2-00pm Room was very small -

    Hotel was fine for the price. Location was close enough to trains (15 minute walk), but two of the three nights we stayed there were drunk girls laughing/talking loudly outside the room at 3am. This area is right on the edge of a party area, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, the room, staff, and stay were fine and it was affordable so we didn't mind.
