    Wonderful place that's off from Main Street for quiet. Unfortunately while I was there workers were fixing tiles outside the building so during the day time constant drilling and chiseling. I was gone most of the day time but few times I wanted to rest, it was unbearable so went to local cafe to hangout instead .

    Good location, nice staff and clean rooms. Whenever I visit Tokyo I always make sure to stay at least a few days here. The only issue I have is that if you are assigned to the Annex building they don't have any microwave access on ANY floor. When I first started staying here four years ago there used to be a microwave at the entrance on the ground floor near the elevator but they have since taken that away. In the elevator there is a picture of the main building showing the amenities by floor and there are multiple microwave stations available on different levels. The same sign indicates only a soda machine outside the Annex building and a place to purchase the movie on demand card. This is incredibly disappointing that people assigned to the Annex building do not have equal access to a microwave which is ideal for late night snack time. Though there is a 7-11 just in front of the main building where they offer to warm things up for customers, if purchasing somewhere else and bringing it back to the room your food will be cold. Other than that, I enjoy staying at Hotel Listel.

    The place was close to the main road and very accessible to shops and restaurants. Staffs were kind and accommodating. Just a bit sad because the air conditioner in our room was not cooling enough. And we can hear the people from the other room too.

    You stay for the location. These rooms haven't been renovated in 50 years. They should really shave 2000 Yen/night off the price.
