One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 2 double beds. Each room has 40+ in TV.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

There was mold in the bathroom and shower area when we arrived but other than that it was exactly as described

The place is in a great location close to everything. They have a really good cafe across the street and the unit was perfect for my group of 3.

The host let us check-in early (very early) which was super helpful. Supplied toilet paper, towels, trashbags, tissue and kitchen supplies. The pictures and description were accurate.There was some mold in several places, we couldn't get the washer to work, and the heating unit in the front bedroom didn't work properly all the time. Some of the issues may have been human error though. The location was about 10 minutes (walking) north of the expected location, but maybe I just misunderstood how VRBO shows the location of the property? We were still within walking distance of a bunch of fun things to do and about a 9 minute walk from a train station, so it was okay that the walk was a little longer than expected. Would definitely stay again!

It was conveniently located, however broken ramps/tiles on entryway, no pots or pans whatsoever despite having a stove, no cooking utensils, no seasoning even salt, the tv in the smaller bedroom did not work either antenna or streaming, only two towels privided despite 4 beds.
