Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Only one station to Shinjuku. Good size family suite.
We knew there was no lift but it was a bit hard carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor. One night we had a visit from a friendly policeman who asked us to be more quiet. (We are a family of four, including two teenagers and we didn’t think we were too loud.) It felt a bit unnecessary to have the police knock on the door instead of the neighbour who complained but after reading the other reviews it seems to have happened to other guests as well.

Great location and more space for us than we expected.

One stop from Shinjuku, nearby food and restaurants
On the first day in the house, the police mentioned downstairs lady complaints about noise, we only take showers at that time.🫠
