Cozy 2 Bedrooms located at the center of Shinjuku.
One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 2 double beds. 40+ in TV and a sofabed at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Our host Alex was wonderful. He was fast to respond to all of our questions in the apartment was exactly as listed in the description! You were only 10 minute walk from the nearest train line and only 15 minutes from Shinjuku Station. We enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this location!

Alex is a wonderful host. Great communication and helpful with check-in/out. Clean, efficient and close to everything in Shinjuku. Noted mattresses are very firm - good for back sleepers. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, great location and big enough for a family of four. Host responded to all my questions quickly and was very accommodating. Would stay again, highly recommend.
