Appartement très agréable , dans un bel immeuble. Très bien équipé. Très bien situé.
Manque un peu de rangement ou de séchoir à linge.

The location is very advantageous as it is 15 minute walk to Shinjuku and there is a Lawson convenience store literally 10 metres from the building which will be your second home.
The building ammenities are modern and sleek and the automatic entry with the key is very handy when you are carrying lots of bags.
The address on the booking site is different to the actual address. We arrived late at night and went to the address provided on website and spent an hour in the middle of the night trying to find the address which made the start of our holiday very frustrating. Im not sure why a different address is given on website? Perhaps its not allowed to host travellers in the building? Not sure.
There is no television available which was very disappointing as we enjoy watching Japanese TV shows.
As mentioned by oters the size is closer to a studio.
