Just off the main street of Tokyo’s Korean Town with a lively atmosphere, and lots of food shops and restaurants. Comfy bed rooms and spacious living room. 6th floor flat and its own balcony.
The perfect choice for traveling with friends, or for your family trip! The location is very convenient.
It's only 2 mins walk from Shin Okubo Station-, on the super convenient Yamanote line, and only 3 mins to Shinjuku Station- by train!
With an 8 minute walk, you can reach Kabukicho, Shinjuku.

About the Apartment
There are 24h convenience stores, Supermarket, Pharmacy near the apartment. (all within 5min walk)
This apartment is fairly spacious, with a common room, three sleeping areas including two private rooms, a separate bathroom and toilet. There are nice views across the main street of the Korean Town around Shin-Obuko Station from the apartment as it is high up. You can use the kitchen facilities, including a two-ring gas stove to cook meals.
There is a Lawson convenience store on the corner and a famous a Korean restaurant famous with the locals on the ground floor.
The house has an electronic locking system, and separate locks on the private bedrooms.
Access
This apartment is only 2 mins walk to Shin Okubo Station-(JR Yamanote Line-JR ), and from there, only 3 mins to Shinjuku Station- by train! The Yamanote Line is one of Tokyo's busiest and most important lines, connecting most of Tokyo's major stations and urban centers, including Marunouchi, the Yurakucho/Ginza area, Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Ueno, with all but two of its 29 stations connecting to other railway or underground (subway) lines.

We had a great stay in this property. It was so easy to get to with precise instructions given by Naomi who communicated with us promptly each time we messaged her. The location was fantastic and the property was surprisingly quiet so we had the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to return when we next visit Tokyo. Thanks for letting us stay Naomi!

The accommodation was in a great location. Naomi gave very clear details on how to find it. The appliances were also of good quality. The pictures are a clear indication of the apartment. It was a little small but was manageable. We could also walk to Shinjuku when the trains looked too cramped!

Five of us stayed seven days in the unit. It met our needs well. The price was a little bit high, but considering it was a very busy tourist season in Tokyo the overall cost was reasonable compared to alternatives.
The neighborhood is very busy and crowded, and somewhat noisy and bright at night. So, be prepared for that. The upside to that is there are lots of casual restaurants and retail stores close by. The Yamanote line train station is ~400m away - so pretty convenient.

The place is very dated. Could be made really nice with just a few thousand dollars investments. The kitchen table has four chairs, none of which match. Also they cram two beds in each room, so there is basically no room for suitcases or a dresser for putting cloths. I don't know why they do this because who would want to stay in this small apartment with one bathroom and four or more people. The coffee maker uses pods but we went to seven different grocery stores and not one of them carried these pods and the host's suggestion was to visit a store that was a mile and a half from the location.
