Great Location, clean accomodations, comfortable beds. The location was great: near Golden Gai and Metro. The place was larger than expected which was nice. We comfortably fit 4 adults and a child. Responsive hosts. We left something, and they were able to locate it and return it to us, which was super great! Beds were confortable.
Wish the living room table and chairs had legs. The place has actual beds, so didn't see the Japanese style table in the pix. With two older people, it was difficult to visit in the common area.

整體環境清潔乾淨，該有的設備都有
沒有特別不滿意的地方，倒是床頭插座設在床板上的小凹槽裡，空間小了一點，我的充電器尺寸稍微大一點就沒辦法順利使用，一般標準小型的充電頭沒有問題

Not bad location About 7 mins walk to the east Shinjuku subway.15 mins walk to Shinjuku.
2 storage apartment good for a small family.
The noise from the outside can be heard very clearly.
Cars passing and people who talked loudly and walked by in the midnight.
Beds are cheap, they are not comfortable at all.
