Flower Terrace Higashi Shinjuku

The room was clean and comfortable for my four friends, and the location was optimal! The staff even promptly helped mail things that I had forgotten to my next accommodation. Can’t recommend enough!

Pretty spacious considering it’s in Tokyo area. I love all the minor details they put in labeling their equipments. Owner responded timely during business hours. Highly recommend for people who are looking for quick stay in the area!

Easy walk to the station. Family mart next door. Laundry facilities a bonus.

We are a family of 5 (with 2 teens and 1 toddler). We stayed for 4 nights. Greatly located right next to higashi-shinjuku station. Across from a supermarket and right above a family mart so that was convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It is an apartment style hotel but provided all the daily necessity like a hotel would (Coffee, toothbrush, slippers,soap, etc..) Washing machine was a plus - dryer is incorporated in the shower ventilation system and worked great! Instruction and placement of things were all identified so it made it easy to find things and figuring out how things worked, The kitchen with pot and pans, plates, and cutlery was provided so this was great. We picked up food from the supermarket ate at the apartment on certain days. It is located close to a fire station or emergency station so you did hear the sirens quite often at night but with the double doors shut, it was bearable. Ear plugs were provided but we didn't need to use them. Overall highly recommend and I would definitely return next time I am in Japan!
