The property did not offer any breakfast. We walked to the nearest convenient store (Family Mart) to grab a quick breakfast. We were able to walk to most of our activities.
The property was a bit small for our group of 8 people. But we made it work for the short amount of time we were there. We only needed the property for a place to sleep and shower. We were out exploring most of the day.

Location is great. Was very clean.
Noisy very noisy neighbours next door and street noise although in a high floor particularly emergency services noises especially on the weekend. Also only 1 list to access this floor. Access details could also be improved i.e which lift to take etc. The 2nd bedroom is also open to the living room which was fine for us but if you are expecting two separate rooms it’s not.

优：住宿用品很齐全，一家大小住了5天没有觉得缺少什么
优：屋内有洗衣机和洗衣用品
优：楼下电梯附近有自助付费烘干机/洗衣机/行李储物柜和多架饮料贩卖机（有两架在打开后门后可见）
优：楼下的洗衣房里有硬币兑换机，不管是洗衣/烘干或是行李储物柜，都很方便
优：附近有Family mart, 大國藥妝(Daikoku Drug), 7-11, Aeon mart, Lawson 还有很多餐厅选择，铁路也很方便
优：屋主人很好👍🏻
优：搭乘机场利木津巴士去羽田机场约600米步行7-8分钟
缺：大件行李需扛上小段楼梯才能到达电梯位置，退房时当然也要扛下这段小楼梯才能到街道。

This was perfect for our family of 5 plus an infant, it had so much room for all of us and was clean, tidy and felt nice and comfortable
The entrance had several stairs and no concierge. When you get into the appointment though, this doesn’t matter
