首先 位置很好 距离新宿繁华地段5-8分钟，距离新宿御苑也很近，出门1分钟就有familymart. 其次，床品和毛巾非常舒服，房间内部空间很大，非常干净。 最后，房东非常热情，有求必应。
如果说需要提升一下，我有个建议，如果可以在衣柜附近增加一面穿衣镜就更好了

The beds were sufficient. The AC was very comfortable. The lay out is a bit crammed but that is typical for Tokyo.n. Plenty close to convenient stores and everything we need. The place was sufficient for our family. Super soft towels. Nice pillows. in a quiet part of town
I liked the stay as it was sufficient. There just wasnt anything special about it. No tea or coffee. Just the basics and I had to ask for more toilet paper which was swiftly provided. Zero view and and it's up several flight of stairs

Spacious for 4 people in the middle of shinjuku, very clean, bathroom is not cramped, building has an elevator, food nearby. VERY QUIET STREET!!! All excellent
10 ish minute walk to metro/toei station, 15 minutes to JR Shinjuku station. The upsides of this hotel make the walk worth it however.
The towels feel like blankets and aren’t great
