We got room at first floor, very convenient. This part of Higashi Shinjuku is very quiet. The walk way from property to train station and Kabukicho side is very beautiful with some restaurants, cafe and convenient store. We experienced almost all rainy days during our stay and we enjoyed the smart TV and got everything we need in the property to be cozy and chill.
I think the cleaning can be done more thoroughly including spaces underneath the sofa etc. Overall, acceptable.

Great location, and pricing was good. I liked that it had a washer and other amenities
The living area and bedrooms were very small, smaller than I thought. There also wasn’t bedding for the 2nd bed, and there were some issues with dampness in the room. The hosts were helpful, but also a bit pushy, and maybe sending too many messages to me
