Great price for the location. Located right in front of the bus station and 10 min walk from the subway. Right next to shinjuku with major shopping districts. Many items were provided in the unit, including cutlery, pan, and induction stove. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. AC worked very well.
Wifi was not very good, and the building is quite loud at night with people outside talking. The area may also be a little sketchy for solo female travellers.
