新宿の中心部に位置し、新宿駅までは徒歩約10分、東新宿駅まではわずか4分という抜群のアクセス。宿泊棟のすぐ下にはコンビニやドラッグストアがあり、周辺には大型ショッピング施設も多数揃っているので、食事や買い物に本当に困りません。渋谷・六本木・上野などへもJR線で直通で行けるのがとても便利でした。
室内は清潔感があり、ベッドの寝心地が抜群に良いです。一日中歩き回った後、部屋に戻ってゆっくりお風呂に入ると、心身ともにすっかりリフレッシュできました。
何より、この立地でありながら価格がとてもリーズナブルで、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高いと感じました。次回はぜひ友達を連れてまた泊まりたいと思います。大満足の二泊でした。ありがとうございました。

Location is good, but It is not 4 mins as it is announced. It is more than 10 mins walking.
Really small, in the photos It is look bigger. There is not enough space for the luggage and the bathroom is horrible, with a step to go inside.
We were not confortable. And It is too noise, difficulties to slept.
