If you know how a Japanese apartment is setup, the property should be familiar. The location was almost perfect; located near a subway line, restaurants, grocery, convinience stores, drug store, and a post office. It is a few blocks from the outskirts of the main portion of Shinjuku night life, which is easy to reach, but most of the noise doesn't reach. For the price I think it was a very economical choice, and a great home base for exploring Shinjuku and beyond. As a bonus there is a Square Enix store across from the grocery.

Some of the storage space was sealed closed behind. I think i would have liked to just have the doors removed and have the pantry and closet space. One day, one of the AC units leaked some water. It was a humid day and was easy to clean up, but I think some maintenance on the drain is needed.

Amazing host - super friendly and communicative. I had forgot some property there and they went out their way to get it sent back to me. Lovely location too!

在沒有告知的前提下請人來修繕電燈跟抽風機 備品部分入住就得檢查，我入住8天7夜用的一直是對水的沐浴乳，最後一天還不夠用 屋齡可能比照片顯示要老 櫃子大多鎖起來無法開 10點整一到馬上有人來催退房要做清潔

O apartamento estava limpo, com exceção das varandas que estavam muito sujas. Localização muito boa. Banheiro limpo e tudo funcionando muito bem. Wi-fi muito boa. Portaria de fácil acesso e elevador muito bom.

As fotos enganam bastante e as descrições não condiz com a realidade. A varanda é um balcão que tem que pular a janela para ter acesso e estava muito suja. Os travesseiros são velhos e sujos, roupas de cama e toalhas de péssima qualidade. Armários lacrados, foi muito desconfortável acomodar a bagagem de 4 pessoas, que tiveram que ficar nas malas espalhadas pelo apartamento. Armário da cozinha despencando, equipamentos de cozinha insuficiente para 4 pessoas e de péssima qualidade. Não tinha placa de fogão.
