The room includes 2 double beds. 40+ in TV and a sofabed at livingroom.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

We had a great stay here while visiting Japan! The space was exactly as advertised. We were three adults and fit in the space perfectly. We knew we just needed a place to lay our heads down at night because we had jam packed days so to be honest we spent minimal time in the room. We did like the convenience of the laundry machine and fridge/freezer. It was in a quiet location but just a quick walk away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuki. It was also also very convenient to a train station so we were able to get all over Tokyo with ease. If you're looking for a place to lay your head down, no frills but clean and safe with all you need, this is the place.

Alex is an amazing host! Our stay here felt extremely cozy, we had a nice view from the 4th floor, although we had no elevator it was fine since we live in a 5th floor walk up back home. There’s a coffee shop right in the corner and a 7 eleven about 3 minutes walking. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We plan on staying here again in the near future

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Alex's property. He was very accommodating and provided quick responses to any questions or concerns. The location is in prime real estate, with short walking distances to subways and buses for easy transportation. Alex has provided photos of how to use the facilities on site, would be beneficial to have more information on the washing machine. But Google translate came in clutch for that. If you are sensitive to noise, be aware it is a busy location for tourists to visit, you may hear some loud conversations or celebrations on the street, but nothing that was too uncontrolled as they were just passbyers. The terrace is definitely a highlight, not an amazing view, but a great place to unwind at night or early in the morning. Take note, there isn't an elevator on site, so if you are traveling heavy, you will be lugging suitcases up and down stairs. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Japan (Shinjuku) area.
