For the price, what you get is actually very fair.
A lot of equiment available for use (washing machine, water cooker, rice cooker, dry function, AC...)
It is a bit away from central Shinjuku or Kabukichō, which makes it more quiet at night.
With all the equipment, it felt quite ironic that there was no bidet. But no dealbreaker.
And note, that if your room is not on the ground floor, moving your luggage up and down the frail stairs can be tricky.
Also on arrival, the room was extremely hot since the AC was off and after starting it, there was a weird smell.

The host, very easy to communicate and respond to questions fast. The location of the property. I’m asian so the property works for us so well. If your taller maybe you will struggle a bit because the apartment is small.

Location was brilliant and it is exactly as advertised with everything you need. I was very comfortable. The host has excellent communication and was willing to be flexible and accommodate me an extra night due to cancelled trains during a typhoon.
The bathroom sink is quite small but this is understandable

L’appartamento è perfetto per la sua posizione, dista 7-8 minuti dalla stazione ed è vicino al centro di shinjuku. Fuori casa c’è un lawson per qualsiasi evenienza e sulla strada tanti ristoranti e negozi di cosmetica.
Non ho molto gradito che durante i nostri 5 giorni di permanenza non c’è mai stato un cambio di asciugamani e di lenzuola puliti. Essendo che l’appartamento è piccolo si sporca molto facilmente. Inoltre, la parte che ho odiato, un solo specchio minuscolo in bagno, difficile per prepararsi o truccarsi.
Però tutto sommato è andato bene per le nostre esigenze
