If we needed something, we could send a message and always had a prompt reply.
Some hooks for hanging towels, and maybe more clothes hangers to be able to hang washing.

Perfect location and a great size, quiet area but only 10 minutes from Goldengai and main Shinjuku.
The only thing that we would have liked is a full length mirror but other than that amazing

Great Location. It is a small studio apartment with everything you need. It has a washer/dryer unit. The shower and toilet rooms are separate and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable (yes, a bit squeaky), and the sofa beds were also comfortable. The check-in process is a bit confusing. You have to go to 和ノ楓 to check in, and google has trouble with the address listed.
