O proprietário foi bem solicito quando informamos que o lugar não estava limpo. Ele se prontificou a ir tarde da noite para limpar e organizar. A localização era muito boa, perto do metrô, perto das ruas principais de shinjuku, andamos por muitos lugares bons sem precisar pegar metrô. A máquina de lavar era muito boa, lava e seca perfeitamente, as roupas saem quentinhas.

Quando chegamos o lugar estava sujo, mas o proprietário pediu desculpas e limpou o lugar. Nada a reclamar. Foi um ótimo atendimento e sei que imprevistos acontecem.

The location was great, the host was very kind, the apartment was cozy and modern. Also the trash bins provided in the room were very useful. Idk why other hotels only give you the world's smallest trashcan T-T

We had a nice stay at this property. The room was very clean and was a nice escape from the busy streets of Kabukichō 7 stories below. Shower, bed, wifi and heat worked well for us. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, and 5-10 minutes to Shinjuuku-sanchome (Marunouchi, Fukutoshin and Shinjuku lines) and Higashi-Shinjuku (Oedo and Fukutoshin lines) metro stops. Noise wasn't a factor for us, but extra sensitive sleepers might want ear plugs as it's there's nightlife near by. The property is off a side street that is less busy that nearby areas. Check in instructions were provided in both English and Japanese.

The Kabukichō neighborhood can be chaotic (nightlife, red light district, hourly hotels, etc) - I'd encourage guests to research the neighborhood before booking. Walking back home at night, we had multiple touts trying to sell hostess bars/etc - but they were not pushy - a simple "no thank you" was enough to stop the interaction. At no point did we ever feel unsafe. This wasn't an issue for us and not a fault of the property owner - just calling it out for others who might be sensitive.
