Location was proximal to the "F" subway line and a short walk from nightlife in Shinjuku. The property was segmented across 3 floors (1: entry/bedroom/bathroom. 2: kitchen/dining room+flex space with futon/bathroom. 3: two bedrooms), which separated parents from adult kids. A/C, Laundry (washer only), and Wifi were good!

Cultural Expectations may be the main gap impacting our satisfaction, so we've tried to be balanced in highlighting these for others. Property was sweltering hot when we arrived (5pm in early August), as the room-unit A/Cs were off. AI-search helped us solve the ice cold shower, for which we learned there's a "power toggle" for hot water to the entire property. Both of these deficiencies to our comfort could have been addressed with preparation by the owner or communication of what renters should expect (and how they should resolve). Finally, note that accessories and bedding were minimal (to a fault): 1. bathroom towels were not (American) full size and dingy. 2. Had to request bedding for the futon and only a top sheet was delivered. 3. The property is bare bones and lacks decor - the TV boxes we saw in the pictures where accurate depictions of the decor (we mistakenly thought these were just old-post-construction images).

Domek w centrum dzielnicy, zaraz pod ręką 7eleven i inne kombini oraz automaty. Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania i poruszania się metrem. Czysto, trzy sypialnie, trzy toalety i dwa prysznice. Dodatkowo pralka, na balkonie suszarka na pranie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, nawet mała zmywarka. W łazience super kosmetyki- mydło, szampoon, odżywka i żel do ciała. W domku jest sporo miejsca na piętrze- kuchnia połaczona z jadalnią i salonem.

Sugerowałabym wymianę ręczników i zwiększenie ich ilości. Na naszą czwórkę było cztery większe i dwa mniejsze na siedem dni co uważam za stanowczo za mało. Do pełni szczęścia brakowało suszarki, bo niestety ubrania nie schną szybko podczas pory deszczowej.

The apartment was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the train station. It was in a quiet location off a main street. The beds were very comfortable and allowed us to sleep well after some busy days. The communication by the host was great and her photos really helped us find the apartment, especially as we didn't know how street numbers work in Japan. We didn't ask for anything but I'm sure if we did our host would have helped us asap. Thank you Anna.

The kitchen inventory was limited. There weren't sharp knives for cooking, wine glasses, a tea towel for drying dishes, along with some other inventory for normal cooking and eating. This is only to help the host stock the kitchen for future guests as we realised the apartment is probably newly renovated. The taxi delivered us down the street on the closest main road because access was only one car wide. We arrived when it was raining so we did get wet finding the apartment after being let off by the taxi. Pick up at the end of our stay by the taxi was in the same spot which wasn't a problem because we knew we had to walk about 100m to the main road.
