Great location very close to Shin-Okubo JR station, which is convenient and well connected. The area itself is lively with a nice Korea-town vibe, plenty of food and shops around. The room was comfortable and quiet, unlike busy areas like Shibuya. Good for rest after a long day out. Having a washing machine was a big plus, especially for longer stays. Just note: no iron provided, so bring your own if needed.

The water temperature in the bathroom was hard to control. It swings between too hot and too cold, making it difficult to get a comfortable setting. Not sure if it’s the heater or system. The unit is on the 4th floor with no lift. Carrying a stroller (especially with a baby) up and down daily is quite tiring. Not a big issue for me, but others should confirm the floor level before booking. Also, taxis can’t stop directly in front of the property due to narrow roads. You’ll be dropped off at the nearby junction something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Very spacious, a lot of room, especially if you need to lay out your luggage or have several people in your traveling party. Really nice bathroom, very luxurious and amazing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (they smell so good!), air conditioning was great. Excellent value for money. The issues with the shower (that we read about in the reviews before booking and asked the host if it's fixed) were indeed resolved and fixed by the time we stayed. The shower pressure and temperature were already great by the time of our stay.

4th floor so you'll have to carry you suitcases up the stairs. Mattresses were a bit thin. Bathroom towels were very small, but the host provided so many we just used 2 per person to dry ourselves.

Le logement est dans une rue calme à 5 min à pieds de la gare, très pratique. Beaucoup. De restaurant dans le quartier (surtout coréens) un kombini à 1 minute.

Great location - Easy walk from loop line - Not noisy at night

Rats - restaurant underneath apartment attracts rats. Walked out of apartment and multiple rats ran right past our door. Heard rats on roof at night.
