We loved staying at this place. We are a family of 5 and this place had enough beds for all of us, plus more! The property is spacious with a large dining table and chairs, bean bags area and small kitchenette. Loved that it had a washing machine so that we could wash our clothes during our 4 night stay. Very conveniently located with loads of shops and restaurants on our doorstep. Would definitely stay again :)
The noise at night was a bit loud at times, with police sirens and horns beeping in the middle of the night 😅 But it wasn't something that lasted for very long, maybe a couple of minutes each night.

洗衣機沒有清潔，很髒很多髒污及毛絮，衣服越洗越髒。
地點半夜吵雜，救護車及消防車經常鳴響。
床身有灰塵及油印，沒擦拭，感覺很髒。
整理環境不是免費，需付費。
附近一堆黑鬼佬在路邊群聚拉客去喝酒，我的小孩嚇到了

Le logement était très propre et très bien équipé (y compris une machine à laver - sèche-linge).
Le contact avec l’hôte se fait uniquement pas messagerie (LINE) mais il est très réactif.
A 10 minutes à pied de la gare Shinjuku et à 2min des tous les commerces et restaurants
Le logement est très mal insonorisé et le quartier est très bruyant. Nous avons dormi avec des bouchons d'oreille.
Prévoir d'installer l'application LINE avant d'arriver au cas où il y ait un problème

I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews about the noise, but it wasn't an issue for me. The hotel is in a lively area, so the noise was completely reasonable. Light sleepers may want to use white noise.
The iPad in the room could be turned off, but it didn't bother me, so I just left it on.
We only stayed for one night, but with a kitchen and washing machine, it would also be good for a longer stay. Thank you!
